Landscape Project 2010, pt 1: Tearing it Up

It began where most large landscape projects begin ... with an idea, a beautiful day, and a rented sod cutter:


New lines and a lot of sod in piles:


The next day, CatMatt borrowed a dump truck and hauled and shoveled about 2.75 tons of composted top soil. Wow:

Next, plant a bunch of plants, and mulch.

Spring.
